Please use the same user ID as your CHLA account. And use same ID when creating account in stand alone PhenoTips server. For security reason, the SOP requires users to update password at the same time they are required to change password in CHLA network every 6 months. Using same user ID/password in all accounts and update their password at same time help in synchronizing your work.
